Docursan1

Docursan1 is a new mobile machine for sanitizing and disinfecting archival and book heritage, with a certified efficacy of over 99% against molds, fungal spores, gram positive and gram negative bacteria, viruses (including COVID 19) and insects.

With Docursan1, Fratielivi and Tergeosan establish a new standard of performance in the disinfection and disinfestation procedures of paper material, eliminating the risk of contamination for operators, users and the environment.

Efficient, effective, fast and transportable, Docursan1 sanitizes and disinfects both topically and at the “heart” volume in a watertight treatment chamber. The machine operates through the combination of thermal forces and chemical agents that are fully compliant with the standards in force for the treatment of paper material subject to protection.

Governed by a latest generation plc, equipped with a 7-inch color touch screen, which can be monitored in real time from PCs, notebooks, smartphones and tablets, powered by 230v and characterized by a user friendly interface, Docursan1 allows you to sanitize up to 7 linear meters of library and archival documentation for each treatment cycle.

In addition to the five preset cycles (ranging in duration from 25 to 60 minutes), the machine makes it possible to create specific cycles for particular conditions of conservation or damage to the material.

Available with various accessories and equipped with wheels for better manoeuvrability, Docursan1 it can benefit from remote assistance and remote monitoring and can house the material to be sanitized both through a grid system and through a roll trolley that can be inserted directly into the treatment chamber.
